today  i will explain the reason why we do that.

if you go to japan in some places you need take off the shoes for example in temples our house.

i know in some countries people could think is weird, but there is a reason why we take off.

the reason is we believe the house  has to be with luck,  because we think if the house has luck , the family will be happy .

but in our belief, we think in outside there are some bad luck. so if you enter in the room and home and you still wearing shoes, its bring us unlucky. so for that we think we have to take off the unluckuy in our shoes before enter room

when you visit japan, please keep our rules and try to understand.
