Greeting in Japanese

When we eat, we say “itadakimasu.”

when we eat , we say Itadakimasu(いただきます) and Goichisou sama deshit but what are the meaning of both? Before the start t eating we always say “itadakimasu”. When we finish to eat,we say “gochisousamadeshita” or “Goichisou sama deshita” Perhaps some people dont understand the meanings or think its weird But there is a reason why we say it always and became part of our custome. how to say “excuse me ” in japanese

hello minna san , when you come to japan and have some troubles, needs help or want make question, you need start the conversation with polite way. so what you will do? there is a kind and convenient word to start a conversation. this word is “sumimasen” ( すみません) in hiragana. we use it as “excuse me”. in another situation it will mean apologize. also it can make the sentence more polite. for example “eki heno ikikata wo oshiete kudasai” in hiragana you can write えき への いきかた を おしえて ください。” its mean : “please can  you tell me the way to go to station” ( the words explanations are […]

Let’s ask the price of the stuff.

When you wanna buy something, perhaps you can’t understand the price. It will be troubles. Then you can use this words “kore ha ikura desuka” to ask the price. It means “how much is this??” Then the shop keepers will tell you the price. Did you remember the word “sumimasen” that I explained before the topic?? the difference between kirei(きれい) and utsukushi(うつくしい).

Today I will tell you the difference between kirei(きれい) and utsukushi(うつくしい). These words have similar meaning But it is different in deeply meaning. So I will tell you why Kirei means clean, beautiful,neat. The word express the beauty of the appearance. while utsukushi means beautiful,artistically. Certainly it means the beauty of the appearance.
